Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointment is thoughtfully reserved for you. I kindly require a minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice for any changes. Appointments canceled outside of this window, as well as missed appointments, will incur a 50% fee.


Late Arrival Policy

To honor the time of all clients, I ask that you arrive promptly. Late arrivals may require an adjustment to your service or a reschedule. Appointments beyond a reasonable grace period may be considered a no-show.

Deposit Policy

Select services require a deposit to reserve your appointment. This amount will be applied to your total on the day of your visit. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made outside of the designated notice period.


Redo/Adjustment Policy

Your experience matters to me. Should you feel a refinement is needed, I invite you to reach out within 7 days of your appointment. Adjustments will be made with care to ensure your result aligns with your original consultation.

Card on File Policy

All service sales are final. I do not offer refunds on services rendered.

A valid card on file is required to secure your appointment. This allows me to uphold our scheduling policies and provide a seamless checkout experience.
